Request deletion of your Ask The Movie account and associated personal data, including from our Android app.
Effective 21 August 2026What happens next
Sign in below to verify which account you want deleted. We aim to complete requests within 30 days. We will remove your sign-in account, profile, saved and watched lists, search history, questions and personal room information. This is permanent once completed.
You can request deletion even if you have a paid plan. We will address active billing when processing your request. Submitting this form does not immediately cancel billing or delete your account.
We may retain the minimum payment, accounting or fraud-prevention records required by law. If an exception applies, we will explain what is retained and why. Backups expire under our providers’ retention schedules.

Can’t sign in or already uninstalled the app?
Email support@askthemovie.com from your account email with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask for information to verify ownership. You do not need to reinstall the app.
